学习原则：电视的内容很多姿多彩，妨碍学生全心投入到学习当中去，电视剧，电影等诱惑太多。

健康原则：长期坐着看电视会引起肥胖问题，对于视力也有很大的影响。

I believe that students watch too much television. School policies that allow television can only have a negative impact on students’ success in school. I believe that students waste too much time in front of the TV. Instead of playing outside or reading books, students sit like vegetables in front of the television set watching silly cartoons with no educational value. Limiting the time they waste watching TV will encourage students to spend more time studying and learning about the world around them. Also, I believe that watching so much television is unhealthy. Childhood obesity is on the rise and schools can help children lead better lives by enforcing a no-TV policy. Watching less TV would give students more time to engage in more active pastimes like playing basketball or soccer outside with their classmates.

环境原则 Pollution from Landfill Leachate
Landfills cause another problem in addition to taking up lots of space. The assortment
of chemicals thrown into landfills, plus the chemicals that result when garbage breaks
down and blends into a toxic soup known as leachate, creates huge amounts of
pollution. Leachate can drain out of the landfill and contaminate groundwater
supplies. Today, impermeable clay caps and plastic sheeting prevent much of this run
off, making the landfills much safer than they were just a few decades ago. Still, any
leachate is too much if it's draining into your neighborhood.

这道题是关于礼物的，你送过别人怎样的礼物呢？很多同学乍一想会为难，可能从来都没送过别人什么礼物，或者一时想不起来，别担心，可以想想别人送过你什么礼物，一样的描述， 对物品特点进行下描述，重点还是意义，当然有类似经历的同学就直接从自己的经历出发就可以了，没有的同学可以借鉴这个，就拿书举例子，这种有什么特点呢，书的话可以说内容，背景，然后说意义，为什么重要，比如书，关于内容你就可以说It tells a love story between a soldier who turned himself into a tycoon, and a gold digger.句型有很多，除了it tells a story,还可以说，the story revolves around… / the plot of this novel is fantastic/ I remember that it took me only two days to finish this 500- page book.可以对情节发表一到两句的议论，不要太多，然后说说它的意义，一个如果是英文原版， 那么原因的一个席位就可以被 improve my English 占用了，不费脑细胞，可以说，For a non native English user like me, it is very challenging to read this book. Some phrases in it are extremely hard to understand. I mean the sentence structures are complicated. But after I finished it, reading materials in newspapers and magazines becomes child’s play. 还可以说其它意义，比如 I can learn more about American culture, 了解美国文化，有哪些好处呢， I am planning to study in a prestigious university in the US. Knowing about American culture can be useful for my future study. 其实这道题可以跟很多物体题套用的，说是礼物，其实就是一到普通的物体题，因为很多物体都能当礼物， 套用即可， 别忘了加上， this is the best present I’ve ever received, 加几句跟present联系上就行了。

这道题目是我们基础段练习过的题目，其实难度并不大。

外貌，性格，成就，共同原则，影响这几个方面都可以叙述的，但是请同学们切记，要和这道题目联系起来，不能因为思维发散出去了就收不回来，切记点题。

健康：久坐不利于健康，因为不能走，不能躺，腿会充血，而且车厢内空气不好，长时间会头昏，飞机大大缩短时间beneficial to our body，we don’t have to suffer the pain sitting more than 24 hours during a ride, which is harmful to our legs because we couldn’t walk around and lie down for a long time , this will end up with a blood congestion, making us rather uncomfortable

减压原则：怎么减压的不太好说，所以可以举个例子，我每次不开心了就去玩。。。在玩的过程中流汗，疯跑，大笑，很好地释放了压力

学习原则：比如喜欢玩益智类游戏，不但放松了，还学习了东西，而且通过游戏记住的东西往往更牢固

Primary school teachers ,可以从primary下手，build the foundation of life, enlighten children , vital role because we receive most of knowledge from primary teachers in childhood , academic knowledge , interpersonal communicating skills 

性格原则： 孩子很少能tell good from bad，always imitate others behavior所以老师的行为会对孩子性格的formation有很profound influence

也可以举例子，说我有个小学老师对我影响怎么怎么重大

nurses：护士是干嘛的？照顾病人，所以是医生很好的辅助，从哪些方面重要呢

健康原则：帮助恢复健康，专业的护士会知道怎样配合医生的治疗来care patient ，包括心理方面的健康，乐观，开心，帮助恢复的更好

方便原则：使病人的生活更方便，比如帮病人打水送饭打扫卫生，让病人心情好，有利于恢复

减压原则：专业的护士会通过自身活泼乐观的举止影响到病人，使他们更好的恢复，可以举例子，曾经。。。

Artist：艺术家的任务是compose

他们的东西高于生活

在艺术的海洋里我们可以尽情的fantasy，appreciate, colors and shadows of paintings will make us happy and relaxed

答物品题的结构就是 topic sentence（哪个time，并对time进行简单的特征描述）+ supporting reasons（可以运用十大原则，经济，效率，健康，方便，减压，学习，工作，性格，交友，环保）其实这个题最好答的是睹物思人，睹物思事，睹物思地，比如最喜欢春天，因为我记得几年前跟爷爷去放风筝，春天怎么怎么美，我们怎么怎么开心，但是爷爷现在passed away 了，我每到春天就会想起他

是什么自己定

比如 体育活动，打篮球什么的，集体做作业，参加文艺活动等等

可以从效率原则：更好的relax， refreshed , we can gain more energy

这道题还是说activity的，这种题很简单，就是找十大原则，然后往里套
