　　如果外国人来你的国家旅游前必须要了解的重要的信息是什么？If a visitor is going to your own country, describe a thing you would like him to know.

　　可以说customs, food, history, places of interests etc.

　　Sample: Getting to know the set customs of China will definitely help him better understand Chinese culture at the same time he can quickly break the cultural barriers. For example, for Chinese people we all like to have some small talks as well as westerners. But the topics are different. If you tell an American to greet Chinese people by ‘have you eater?’ in Chinese pinyin, they will feel so warm and intimate. It must be better than just commenting on the weather. As the Chinese elderly suggest, when you travel to a new place or a new country, accept the local set customs as many as possible and then you would fall in love with this country.

　　2. 有人喜欢买做好的现成食品吃，有人喜欢买原材料回去自己做了吃，问你同意哪个？Which do you prefer, prepared food or fresh food prepared by yourself?
　　prepared food is better :

　　方便原则：It’s quite convenient, I just need to go shopping once a week, and I get what I need from the supermarket. For instance, I can buy frozen foods in a supermarket and just prepare it in a couple of

　　minutes, whereas before it could have taken me maybe hours to prepare this kind of meals. But if I have fresh food, I have to go to the local farmer’s market everyday, and bargain with the farmers about the price. It is kind of tiring and annoying.

　　效率原则：It can save me lots of time, what I can do is to put the frozen food I got from the supermarket into the oven, waiting for several minutes, and I can use the time I save to do more research work on my study.

　　Fresh food is better:

　　经济原则：Buying from the local market can save me a lot of money. I don’t have to pay big money for the food in supermarkets. The food prices in supermarkets are always 3 times higher than those of food at local markets.

　　学习原则：Keeping preparing food at home can greatly improve my cooking skills. By now, I can make several of food, such as KongPao Chicken and Mapo Toufu.

　　健康原则：Having fresh food is much healthier than having prepared food. Fresh food contains lots of minerals, vitamins as well as other substances which are good for our health. I buy the food myself and I can make sure they are as fresh as possible.

　　相对性原则：Prepared food like preprocessed or precooked food, which no longer has the freshness it once had. Such foods loose their mineral and vitamins and are not as healthy as fresh food. Having prepared food like French fries, pizzas, and ice cream, etc. can cause obesity, fatigue, etc.

　　乐趣原则：I enjoy the process of preparing and cooking. I know it’s a good chance for me to be with my family. I always go shopping and do the cooking with my Mom, during the time we often talk a lot of things, study, work, friends, and relatives. You name it.

　　It was also a means of eliminating stress and tension. By doing so, I can focus on my study and work effectively and efficiently.
